-MyAuchan ultra-convenience stores (between 150 and 800 m²) offer a range of products and services that cater to all of life’s daily needs. They are accessible “just a stone’s throw away”, and at any time. They serve urban and ultra-urban customers, and generate turnover of between €8,000 and €11,000 (excl. VAT) per m² per year.
-The supermarket format (800 to 2,500 m²) includes more than 60,000 stock items for urban, suburban and rural customers. It generates turnover of between €6,000 and €10,000 (excl. VAT) per m² per year.
-Finally, hypermarkets (from 5,000 to 15,000 m²), which are also aimed at urban, suburban and rural customers, offer a very wide range of food and non-food products (up to 200,000 stock items), and generate turnover of around €10k per m² per year.
What are the recruitment stages for becoming an Auchan franchisee?
At Auchan, franchisees are recruited in three stages:
-The meeting: during this initial contact, we present our franchise concept in detail, including the different formats and their specific features. This is the chance for you to ask any questions you may have.
-The application: you complete the application form to become a franchisee. You will receive an answer within eight days.
-The signature: you will meet with various managers at our head office to discuss your project and your reasons for wanting to become a franchisee. When this day is complete, your project will go to the franchise committee for final approval. If your application is approved, you will then become an Auchan franchisee.
